This is a newly created position at our Hulland Ward office, we are looking for someone to deliver friendly, and efficient customer service and ensure that all visitors are greeted, welcomed, and directed appropriately whilst notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
- As well as being the first point of contact for visitors, both external and internal, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, taking messages and passing on information, all in a professional and courteous manner.
- You’ll perform general office duties such as dealing with internal and external post, filing, letter writing and completing forms as well as making transport arrangements for visitors.
- In the case of emergency situations you will coordinate the evacuation, acting as the first point of contact for guests and the emergency services.
- Due to the nature of the role you will be based at the Hulland Ward office daily between the hours of 8.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday.**Who are You?**

- You’ll be an inquisitive individual with well developed questioning skills which you will use to seek and gather information.

- advantage whilst demonstrating our brand values in your interactions during the
- completion of your daily tasks.
