About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice in the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering major multi-disciplinary design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team to deliver projects to agreed targets, including programme, budget, and quality.
  • Identify and manage potential contractual and commercial risks, as well as opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with clients and project teams, including subcontractors and partners.
  • Develop and agree commercial trading arrangements and communication plans with other teams.
  • Protect the commercial interests of AtkinsRéalis, including timely and accurate invoicing and credit control.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager with experience managing design and construction projects.
  • APM PMQ or equivalent recognized level of competence in Project Management.
  • Experience with deploying various forms of construction contracts, including NEC3 or 4 and bespoke forms.
  • Familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling tools.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and growth propositions.
