Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer - Design Assurance

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities: Ensure that technical tasks are executed in compliance with engineering protocols, applying suitable levels of internal and independent oversight. Develop and oversee engineering standards and processes to ensure qualifications and adherence to regulations. Provide mentorship, direction, and support to fellow engineers. Assist in external reviews conducted by AVC. Act as a substitute for the Principal Engineer when required, contributing to personal growth. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree in a relevant STEM field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Science). Experience with engineering lifecycle processes. Background in managing complex projects. Familiarity with applicable engineering standards, including safety and environmental guidelines. Benefits:

About the Team:

The AVC Governance & Assurance team facilitates the effective delivery of engineering products throughout the engineering lifecycle by promoting consistency through mutual assurance, deploying plans and processes, and fostering continuous improvement. This role is an excellent pathway to achieve accreditation towards Chartered Engineering status. Relocation support packages are available for eligible candidates.
