Job Title:

Lead the development of Transversal design policies and oversee their implementation across the organization.

Location:

Flexible working arrangements available, with options for hybrid and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the interactions between System owners and Transversal Requirement owners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  2. Support the development of MBSE Transversal policies and processes for the SSNA programme.
  3. Embed Learning from Experience and life lessons learned into the SSNA Programme.
  4. Lead large and complex projects, leveraging engineering lifecycle knowledge and influencing skills.
Requirements:
  1. Engineering lifecycle knowledge and experience in leading large and complex projects.
  2. Exposure to MBSE and relationship building skills.
  3. Ability to work autonomously and influence others.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Team:

Join the SDS Programme, a Sandbox environment for developing processes, tools, and technologies that will benefit the SSNA project. Collaborate with a team focused on rapid progression and fast learning, accelerating ahead of the SSNA programme to feedback lessons learned and insight.

Contribute to the development of a more effective system engineering practice through MBSE and the embodiment of key business toolsets associated with the NextGen framework. Implement change and take ownership of new processes that will refine the way of working within a groundbreaking project.
