Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be able to advise on a broad range of property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property.
  • Handle re-mortgages and transfers of equity, as well as other conveyancing duties.
  • Work closely with our in-house on-boarding, post-completion, and business support teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Local conveyancing solicitors, legal executives, and Licensed Conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with links to local estate agents are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience with Agricultural or Investment Property matters is a bonus, but not essential.
