Residential Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited in Plymouth, Devon.

About the Role:

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will advise on a range of residential property matters, including sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages & transfers of equity, and other conveyancing duties.

Requirements:

  • Qualified conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
  • Local conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and Licensed Conveyancers already in Plymouth are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate with links to local estate agents are certainly encouraged to apply - although this is not essential
