We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Kamro Ltd, helping us shape the future of residential development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to our residential building projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost budgets and estimates for new developments
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and cost management
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Perform risk value management and cost control
  • Advise on procurement strategy
  • Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks
  • Provide advice on contractual claims
  • Value completed work and arrange payments, as well as negotiate with subcontractors
  • Knowledge of Construction Contract legal framework (contractual notices, etc.)
  • A solid subcontractor contact book/network
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housing development sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Experience with construction management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and sites
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a house builder PLC or residential experience as a QS role, HND/degree
