About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Butlin's in Minehead. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues.

Butlin's is a leading provider of family breaks and adult-only holidays, and we are committed to delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. Our resorts are the home of getting stuck in, and we offer a unique and exciting work environment that is full of energy and enthusiasm.

About You

We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role who are passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service. You will need to be a hard-working and determined individual who is able to lead a team to consistently deliver our brand standards.

You should have a strong track record of leading teams in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment, and be confident in your ability to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives. You will also need to be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve our goals.

We are looking for candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to maintain a high level of quality and consistency in your work.
