What you'll do :
As a Logistics Automation Strategy Lead within the Transformation Division, you will be essential in crafting and executing the Logistics Network and Automation strategy of the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and sustaining the Logistics & Fulfilment Automation Strategy in close partnership with the Technology team.
Your position will require you to remain informed about market trends, retail innovations, and vendor advancements to guide the strategy effectively. You will collaborate closely with the modeling team and Transformation Managers to propose a cohesive network and automation roadmap that aligns with the changing demands of the business.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with formulating comprehensive business cases that underpin the proposed strategies and ensure the operational viability of the roadmap. Throughout your tenure, you will promote cross-functional collaboration, engage stakeholders at all levels, and utilize innovative, outcome-focused approaches to problem-solving. As a strong leader, you will cultivate high-performing teams and nurture a mindset of transformation to implement change efficiently.
