About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Agile Transformation Consultant. As a key member of our Commercial Services team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and grow partnerships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach and develop talent to ensure capabilities and performance are aligned with business needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive partner management strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate the analysis of performance data from various sources and create executive-level reports to inform business decisions.
  • Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner performance and ensure value for money.
  • Manage ongoing contract management activities throughout the lifecycle, including variations, amendments, and price adjustments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and growing partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret commercial constructs and negotiate savings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships underpinned by data and trust.
  • Ability to use data analytics to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
  • Experience in managing risk and identifying opportunities for improvement.
