Position Overview

As a key leader within Harbourvest Partners (U.K.) Limited, the Senior Vice President, Investment Solutions will play a pivotal role in shaping our asset management strategies. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President will be integral to the Strategy, Innovation, and Execution team, focusing on:

  • Developing and launching new investment products tailored to the evolving market landscape.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of legal and product documentation from a commercial standpoint.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments, including Solutions, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Client Operations, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Influencing the firm’s product strategy through shared insights and experiences.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in asset management or private markets, with a focus on product development and launch.
  • A strong track record in managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the private equity landscape and familiarity with various legal structures for investor access.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, with a JD or MBA being highly desirable.
