Senior Lettings Consultant Job Description

Leaders Romans Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Lettings Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for growing our property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate and agree tenancies
  • Support the Branch Manager as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Tenacity and a self-starter mentality with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
  • A full UK driving license
