Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality quantity surveying services to clients across various sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and leisure.
- Work closely with a highly collaborative team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Gain exposure to diverse projects with project values ranging from £1m to £135m.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, engaging work environment where career progression is encouraged and supported.
- Participate in a structured career path with opportunities for promotion, an industry-leading APC programme, and robust mentorship to help you achieve MRICS status and beyond.
- A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification.
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards.
- Previous quantity surveying experience within a UK cost consultancy.
- Good pre- and post-contract experience.
- The desire to join a dynamic, social, and friendly team.
- A valid UK driving license is beneficial.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000.
