Key Responsibilities:- Optimise contract profitability through effective cost management and value engineering
- Provide quotations to clients for variations and ensure accurate monthly cost and value reports
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of residential groundworks and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including cost and value reports
- Perform other daily tasks as required by the role
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in value engineering and cost management
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A competitive salary up to £80,000 dependant on experience
- A car allowance and paid holidays
