Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer - Security Systems Specialist to join our Large Project Team based across Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Repairing, maintaining, and servicing security systems in accordance with company procedures, engineer instructions, and specific system specifications.
  • Ensuring that installed systems meet specifications and documenting any deviations.
  • Commissioning systems in accordance with relevant standards and Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good basic education and a relevant qualification in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Field service experience and good IT skills.
  • Good level of customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • IPAF, ECS, CSCS, Safety Passport, or similar certification.
  • Able to demonstrate good technical knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: CCTV, Intruder, Access Control & Perimeter systems, Networking.
