Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated capability to promote and uphold safe working practices within the team.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with signaling inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and renewal methodologies.
  • Understanding of applicable standards, procedures, and operational instructions.
  • Possession of relevant competencies as required by the role.
  • Preferably working towards or holding an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a related field or possessing equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to operate vehicles as necessary for the role.
