Clarion Housing Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Professionals to join our Kent Learning Disabilities Service in Tonbridge.
We are committed to providing exceptional support services to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our service users.
Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support individuals in developing their skills and independence through personalized activities and interventions.
- Implement Person-Centred Support Plans to ensure each individual's unique needs are met.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of service delivery.
While experience in the housing and support sector is valued, we are particularly interested in individuals who possess the following qualities:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, understanding, and a commitment to person-centered care.
