We are seeking an experienced and caring Autism Support Professional to join our team in Kent. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who have learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism. Your role will involve providing person-centred support to enable our clients to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in a similar support setting
- Awareness of safeguarding and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable with housekeeping, cleaning, and basic food preparation
- Ability to provide 2 years' reference history
