About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Live In Care Care Professional in Northumberland. As a Live In Care Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients in their daily lives
  • Assist with household tasks and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • No experience or qualifications are necessary, but a passion for supporting others is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients and their property
  • Comfortable with spending time in the company of others and building professional relationships

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive training and support to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role
  • A separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi
  • Three meals a day or an allowance from the client
