Job Title: AML Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join our team as an AML Compliance Manager. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day CDD and AML duties, as well as overseeing/supervising the AML/Risk & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing the AML/Risk & Compliance team
  • Providing strong line management and leadership
  • Overseeing the workflow and delegation of work to the wider team
  • Regularly delivering AML/Risk & Compliance training and guidance
  • Providing AML and compliance advice to key internal stakeholders
  • Chairing AML working groups and committees
  • Preparing and reporting on AML developments and trends
  • Escalating issues to senior management when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of managing an AML/Risk & Compliance team at an international law firm
  • Degree educated (or be UK/overseas qualified)
  • Detailed knowledge of SRA and AML/CTF requirements
  • Ideal candidate will have a recognised AML/Compliance qualification
