The Oaklea Trust is a charity that provides care and support to people with learning disabilities. Our Supported Living Projects aim to encourage independence and promote a positive quality of life for our customers.

Support Worker / Lifestyle Coordinator Role

We are seeking a friendly, caring, and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Support Worker / Lifestyle Coordinator, you will support customers with a wide range of needs and aspirations, working closely with our organisational values to promote independence.

Your role will involve supporting customers with their personal care needs, daily activities, and appointments within the local community. You will work closely within a small team, with varying shift patterns including days, nights, and weekends.

What We Need from You

We are looking for someone who shares our values and has a positive attitude. You do not need to be experienced, but you must be willing to learn and develop your skills. An Enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate, which will be funded by The Oaklea Trust.
