Job Summary:
EG&R Engineering PC is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of engineering works on existing turbines globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage projects, engaging with engineering, supply chain, field service, and commercial teams to ensure the purchased scope is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety levels.
- Coordinate, plan, and execute engineering phases, including facilitating technical discussions with engineering teams, clearly understanding client requirements, and managing commercial discussions with the CPM team.
- Arrange installation and commissioning upgrades on turbine packages worldwide, briefing field service teams and site management as needed.
- Utilize SAP, One PM, MS-Project, and other IT tools as required.
Requirements:
- Previous project experience with turbines or relatable experience in Oil & Gas/Power projects.
- Experience in upgrades/retrofits in mechanical equipment, electrical/mechanical engineering systems, and technical backgrounds in related fields.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with clients who may not have English as their first language.
- Knowledge and experience with project management tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
