About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer systems, networks, and applications, ensuring their availability and providing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain systems, including servers, networks, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Manage and resolve tickets, providing 1st to 3rd line technical support to end users.
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation for all hardware and software systems.
  • Work with our HQ security team to ensure compliance with PMI Security standards.
  • Maintain and manage our local disaster recovery process and documentation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for IT support technicians and internal stakeholders.
  • Follow security best practices when deploying, upgrading, and maintaining IT systems and services.
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of networks and related protocols.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and virtualization technologies such as VMware.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting, reporting, and escalating IT-related issues.
  • Experience in managing an O environment (Hybrid Cloud a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical competence in installing and configuring new hardware/software/systems.
  • Comfortable with PowerShell and other scripting technologies.
  • Proven history of process implementation and management.
