IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer systems, networks, and applications, ensuring their availability and providing technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain systems, including servers, networks, applications, and infrastructure.
- Manage and resolve tickets, providing 1st to 3rd line technical support to end users.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation for all hardware and software systems.
- Work with our HQ security team to ensure compliance with PMI Security standards.
- Maintain and manage our local disaster recovery process and documentation.
- Serve as an escalation point for IT support technicians and internal stakeholders.
- Follow security best practices when deploying, upgrading, and maintaining IT systems and services.
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of networks and related protocols.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Skilled at troubleshooting, reporting, and escalating IT-related issues.
- Experience in managing an O environment (Hybrid Cloud a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical competence in installing and configuring new hardware/software/systems.
- Comfortable with PowerShell and other scripting technologies.
- Proven history of process implementation and management.
