Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team at Young's Seafood. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a dual role in driving project success and ensuring business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to meet financial objectives.
  • Translate business goals into actionable solutions that drive efficiency and value.
  • Contribute to the vision of IT to maximize the success of business and IT enterprise initiatives.
  • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives for proposed solutions.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business areas to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Build successful stakeholder relationships with IT & Business leaders by developing a clear understanding of their needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proven experience in scoping, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with project management and analysis tools (Process Flows & Project Plans).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills when dealing with people of all levels of the business.
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects, both big and small.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Ability to travel freely within the UK and Europe.
  • Full UK driving licence.
