Role Responsibilities:

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant Expert, your primary focus will be to deliver specialized assistance to students facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. You will collaborate closely with educators and the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to cultivate a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that allows students to excel both academically and personally.

Key Duties Include:
- Providing tailored support to individuals and groups of students with SEMH requirements.
- Assisting in the creation and execution of customized support strategies.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to modify educational activities and materials.
- Tracking and documenting student progress and behavior.
- Promoting the emotional well-being of students through attentive listening and mentorship.
