Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent the company's brand and successfully sell the Company's fire and security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
- Identify and target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire and Security products.
- Attend appointments to sell the company's products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
- Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Build and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams.

For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development mainly around service contracts.
- Possess a strong network of contacts.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Are proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel as required.
