Your Role
As a Chef De Partie, you'll be part of a high-volume kitchen team, working closely with other sections to create exceptional dishes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high-quality ingredients are used in all dishes.
- Controlling portion sizes to maintain consistency.
- Reporting to the sous chef daily and contributing to the team's success.
- Working hygienically and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with other sections to achieve kitchen goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a chef, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
- NVQ level 1 and 2 in catering, or equivalent qualifications.
- The ability to run your section effectively and contribute to the team's success.
