Your Role

We're seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our brigade, you'll be responsible for ensuring all ingredients meet our high-quality standards, maintaining portion control, and working closely with other sections to create a seamless kitchen experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all ingredients are of a high-quality standard before use.
  • Ensure portion control on each dish prepared.
  • Help and report to the sous chef daily.
  • Work hygienically.
  • Work closely with other sections and your team in a high-volume kitchen.

Requirements

  • Experience as a chef.
  • NVQ level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
  • Ability to run your section.
