About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and service processes.
