Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Retail Customer Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and driving sales. If you're a people person with a passion for technology and a drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our store happy
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Drive sales by matching our products and services to customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store KPIs
  • Typically work 2-3 days per week, including weekends
