About the Role:
Our esteemed Real Estate Management firm is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to train as a proficient Block Real Estate Manager on a fixed-term contract. This role may lead to a permanent position upon review.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and value. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing client inquiries through various communication channels and taking appropriate actions.
- Supervising contractor performance and resolving maintenance concerns.
- Preparing and overseeing budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
