Career Opportunities: Lease Advisory Manager

Job Summary:

Mileway Limited is seeking a skilled Lease Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for managing and conducting rent reviews for our UK portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough rent reviews and lease renewals for commercial properties, analyzing market rental values using various data sources and valuation methods.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on rental values and lease terms for clients, collaborating with property managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and implement agreed-upon terms.
  • Stay informed about changes in property laws, regulations, and market conditions, providing expert advice on lease terms and conditions to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Support the development and implementation of rent review strategies and policies, analyzing complex data and providing clear, actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rent review, property valuation, or a related field (post MRICS qualification).
  • Strong understanding of property markets, lease structures, and valuation techniques, proficient in using property management software and valuation tools.
