About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Skilled Fencer Workshop Team Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our workshop, leading a team of skilled fencers, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the workshop operations, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead a team of skilled fencers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in workshop operations and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
