About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our fencing workshop team. As a Skilled Fencer Workshop Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, leading a team of experienced fencers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the fencing workshop, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to meet production targets.
  • Lead a team of experienced fencers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency in the workshop.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in fencing and workshop management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve workshop performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
