Job Title: Director of Business Operations

UPMC Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of our Radiation Oncology Department located in the Bon Secours Radiotherapy Centre Cork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical operations, quality management, regulatory affairs, continuing education, and financial responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to standardize quality patient care.
  • Provide effective financial oversight by balancing expenses against budget.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve the service offering.
  • Prioritize patient safety at all times and oversee the department QA program.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and maintain continuous departmental readiness for inspections and surveys.
  • Assess learning needs of staff and perform staff reviews to address performance and competencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree and Radiation Therapy experience preferred.
  • At least 3-6 years of progressive management experience.
