Warehouse Operations Director

McCulla Ireland Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Director to lead our multi-site warehousing operations and drive business growth.
About the RoleAs a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our business, maximizing operational efficiency, and expanding our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the warehouse operations strategy across multiple sites.
- Oversee all warehouse operational activities, evaluating performance and reporting to the Managing Director.
- Maximize quality and operational efficiency through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Develop a strong team culture through coaching and mentoring, focusing on building talent and abilities.
- Oversee operations and compliance within our end-to-end supply chain and with customers.
- Deliver key budgetary performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Identify and deliver profit margin gains across our warehousing operations.
- Lead the effective use of capital investment projects across our warehouse sites.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality standards and maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing Operations. You will have strong problem-solving analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills, as well as effective management skills and adaptability.
