Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Redditch, South Birmingham

Role Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our Sourcing/Product team. This position entails supervising quality assurance protocols throughout the supply chain, ensuring that all products align with the company’s quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute quality assurance initiatives.
  • Perform quality assessments at various points within the supply chain.
  • Oversee quality control measures to reduce product defects.
  • Engage with suppliers to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
  • Deliver training and guidance to suppliers.
  • Compile quality assessment reports for upper management.
  • Examine quality metrics to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Enforce corrective and preventive measures.
  • Resolve customer feedback related to product quality.
  • Ensure uniform quality standards across all offerings.
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and leading practices.
  • Identify and alleviate risks within the supply chain.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the fashion sector.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
