Job Title: Area Manager

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning professionals and ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our clients receive a high-quality service.
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Train all staff and carry out an induction training program before commencement with the company.
  • Conduct regular visits to carry out cleaning inspections and support the team with any issues.
  • Ensure that the service achieves budgeted profit levels set by the board of directors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
