About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Business Analyst Apprenticeship programme at DWP Digital. As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and gain a formal qualification in Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex problems and create innovative solutions that benefit real people.
  • Drive improvements in how services and processes work, especially for government and citizen interactions.
  • Break down complex issues into actionable, easy-to-understand steps.
What You'll Gain

  • Exposure to a variety of tasks, including Business Process Modelling, Data and Gap Analysis, Requirements Engineering and Management, Stakeholder and Business Impact Assessments, and Agile ways of working.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Hold a valid passport or birth certificate.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Must have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date or hold some form of exemption.
  • Not be in full-time education or be undertaking another apprenticeship by the apprenticeship start date.
  • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • You must hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 4 or equivalent or be willing to undertake a functional skills assessment.
