About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the development of the nursing home's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursing home environment
  2. Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  5. A genuine passion for elderly and dementia care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care to residents
