Administrative Support Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized administrative professional to join our team at Healthcare Improvement Scotland. As an administrative support specialist, you will provide critical support to our EIC team, ensuring the smooth operation of our national approach to excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the EIC team, including coordination of meetings, correspondence, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Use your own initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting.
