About the Role

A key player in the wider People Team, you will play a pivotal part in a focused senior leadership team. This Senior HRBP role represents a fantastic opportunity to join the business at a busy but exciting stage of their development, and build on their existing platform with innovative People practice to support as the business continues to evolve, grow & develop for the future.

This is a true HR generalist role, requiring an inquisitive HR professional to enhance & deliver a contemporary HR service which supports employee needs going forward; fostering a culture of high performance across a remotely based workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business strategy & play a key role in the wider People Team
  • Operate in a change agent capacity, challenging the status quo and implementing added value HR initiatives
  • Engage key stakeholders & influence & challenge effectively
  • Use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships & initiate & facilitate positive change
  • Deliver innovative & insightful business solutions that have resulted in significant performance
