We are seeking a committed Visual Impairment Support Specialist to provide essential assistance within our secondary education setting. This role focuses on delivering personalized support to a student with visual challenges, ensuring they can effectively engage with the school environment and the academic curriculum.

  • Employ specialized tools and resources tailored for students with visual impairments.
  • Adapt educational materials to cater to the unique requirements of the student.
  • Encourage the student to build independence and self-assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with educators and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to execute tailored learning strategies.
