Painter Job Description

At Sea Containers London, we are seeking a skilled Painter to join our maintenance team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our hotel through high-quality painting and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Paint Application: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture.
  • Colour and Finish: Mix and match paints to achieve the desired colour and finish.
  • Touch-ups and Repairs: Carry out touch-ups and repairs to maintain the appearance of painted surfaces.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule painting work with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure all painting work is completed to the highest standards, with attention to detail and a focus on quality, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,050 + Service Charge and a range of benefits, including guest experience, complimentary nights at Lore Group hotels, and discounts at partner hotels and restaurants.
