Digital Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Employee Experience Manager to join our services group at RedCat Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of over 15 technical staff responsible for developing and owning the way employees across EMEA interact with the business digitally.
- Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA, ensuring seamless delivery of digital services.
- Manage ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital employee experience, aligning with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing technical staff and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of modern client computing platforms, including MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365, and IOS and Android mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
