About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our Housing Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of activities within one specific trade and associated shadow duties from one or more unrelated trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake remedial repair works to plumbing, heating and drainage systems, including the installation of pipework, radiators and heating controls/valves to domestic and commercial properties.
  • Carry out above ground drainage works, including the installation and remedial works of Rainwater goods.
  • Perform basic building-related trade activities to assist with the smooth progression of plumbing works, including cutting out worktops for sink installation, refixing boxing in/ducting, removing and replacing timber flooring, and executing small quantities of ceramic wall tiling, floor tiling and painting works.
About You

You will be experienced and/or qualified in your chosen field, with a flexible approach to meet changing needs and tight deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude are essential, as you will be our ambassador when visiting customers' homes to carry out repairs and installations to the highest standards.
