About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our Housing Maintenance Team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for undertaking remedial repair works to plumbing, heating, and drainage systems, including the installation of pipework, radiators, and heating controls/valves to domestic and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake remedial repair works to plumbing, heating, and drainage systems
  • Install pipework, radiators, and heating controls/valves to domestic and commercial properties
  • Carry out above ground drainage works, including the installation and remedial works of Rainwater goods
  • Carry out basic building-related trade activities to assist with the smooth progression of plumbing works
Requirements
  • Experience and/or qualification in a chosen field
  • Flexible approach to meet changing needs and tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to liaise with residents, peers, and colleagues on a daily basis
  • Organisational, customer service, time management, and physical skills
