Job Title: Senior/Staff CPU Verification Engineer

Arm is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Staff CPU Verification Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our verification group, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of our industry-leading CPU IP.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop verification environments, including testbenches, tests, and checkers, to ensure the quality and reliability of our CPU IP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop and implement verification strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of verification methodologies and tools, and to the improvement of our verification processes.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure the success of our verification team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CPU verification, with a strong understanding of simulation-based verification techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent software development skills, with experience in languages such as SystemVerilog or VHDL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with assembly language and computer architecture fundamentals.
  • Experience with formal verification and continuous integration flows.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
