Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Health and Safety and Environmental Standards
  • Maintain ISO45001 and ISO14001 Standards
  • Communicate, Train, and Audit to Maintain Standards
  • Coordinate and Improve Health, Safety, and Environmental Practices and Controls
  • Assess, Justify, and Implement Health and Safety and Environmental Measures
  • Investigate and Mitigate Accidents, Incidents, and Near Misses
  • Chair HSE Committee Meetings
  • Maintain HSE KPIs and Drive Improvements
  • Organise Training and Development
  • Creation and Storage of Permits to Work and Relevant Documentation
Requirements:
  • IOSH Safety Management Qualification or Equivalent
  • NEBOSH Qualification or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 5 Years' Experience
  • Excellent Analytical, Negotiation, and Conflict Management Skills
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
