About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Night Support Worker to join our team at Trinity House. As a Bank Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
